The Tchibo Gift Card can be redeemed in Switzerland in all Tchibo branches and on tchibo.ch for Tchibo coffee and Tchibo consumer goods. Excluded are products from the Travel, Flowers, Mobile Communications, Tchibo Photo product ranges as well as service offers and partner promotions. You can redeem your gift card in part. The remaining amount remains on the Gift Card and can be redeemed at a later date. A payout of the remaining amount is excluded. In our shops, you can choose any amount up to the total value of the gift card for redemption. Online at tchibo.co.uk, only the total amount of a gift card can be redeemed per purchase. A remaining amount is then only retained if the value of the gift card exceeds the value of the goods.

If you return an order that was paid for in full or in part with a gift card, you will receive the remaining credit directly to your customer account. This allows you to use the credit on your next order. Even if you have ordered from us as a guest, you will receive the credit on your newly created customer account. Any remaining credit will therefore not be paid out or transferred to a new gift card. The gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of loading.
