General gift card conditions of ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg: Multi-purpose gift card. Gift cards can be redeemed at aboutyou.ch or in the ABOUT YOU app. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase and are not bound to a minimum order value. The gift card is activated immediately after purchase. To redeem the gift card, you must register/log in at aboutyou.ch.
A maximum of one gift card can be redeemed per order. Gift cards cannot be subsequently applied to an order and are not exchangeable. Any commercial resale of gift cards is not permitted. ABOUT YOU accepts no liability for the loss, theft, damage, illegibility or unauthorised use of gift cards. How it works:
1. To redeem your gift card, log in to ABOUTYOU.CH. No customer account? Simply register with your e-mail and password - or download our app directly to your phone.
2. Browse through our shop and add the items you selected to your shopping cart.
3. You can add your gift card as a payment method in the final step of your purchase. Therefor just enter the 10-digit gift card code into the dedicated field.
4. The gift card value will be deducted from your total amount.
5. If the value of your order exceeds the value of your gift card, you will need to pay the balance using a different payment method.
